All Vehicle Sales Are Final
All vehicles sold by Xchange Motors are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds after the purchase is completed.
Once a vehicle purchase agreement is signed and payment has been processed, the sale is considered final and non-reversible.
No Return Policy
Due to the nature of used vehicle sales:

We do not offer refunds after the transaction has been completed.

We do not provide exchanges for other vehicles after purchase.
AS-IS Vehicle Condition
All vehicles are sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.
“AS-IS” means:

The buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition.

The dealership does not guarantee the mechanical or cosmetic condition of the vehicle beyond what is required by applicable law.

The buyer assumes responsibility for all repairs, maintenance, and future issues after the sale.
Buyer Responsibility
Before completing a purchase, customers are encouraged to:

Inspect the vehicle thoroughly.

Review the vehicle history when available.

Test drive the vehicle.

Have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic if desired.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and accept the vehicle in its current condition.
Deposits
Any deposits placed to hold a vehicle may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time the deposit is made.
Exceptions
This policy does not limit any consumer rights required by applicable state or federal law.
If a written warranty or service contract is provided with the vehicle, the terms of that agreement will apply separately from this return policy.
